1. What these terms are
1.1 These End User Terms govern your use of the SignalTo Console and Services as an Authorised User. They apply to you whether you access the Services under a direct Customer account, or as the End Client (or a user of an End Client) of a Reseller who manages an account on your behalf.
1.2 If you are the organisation that contracts and pays for the Services, the Terms of Service apply to you, not just these terms. If your account is managed by a Reseller, your commercial relationship for the service is with that Reseller, and these terms govern only your use of the platform itself.
1.3 Capitalised terms have the meanings given in our shared defined terms.
2. Your access
2.1 You may use the Console only within the account you have been given access to, for the role you have been assigned, and for the business it relates to.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your login. Tell the account administrator, or us, promptly if you think your access has been compromised.
2.3 The person or organisation that administers your account (your Customer, or your Reseller) controls who has access and at what level, and may change or remove your access.
3. Acceptable use
3.1 You must use the Services lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Fair Usage Policy.
3.2 You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, or use the Services to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or misleading.
4. The approval model
4.1 The Services generate Suggested Changes for review. They are proposals only, and nothing is published to a site without Approval.
4.2 If your role allows you to approve and apply changes, you are responsible for reviewing them first. Outputs generated by the Services, including AI-generated content, may contain errors and should be checked before they are used.
5. Privacy
How we handle Personal Information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Where your account is managed by a Reseller, the Reseller controls that account, and some privacy requests may need to go to the Reseller. We will help you find the right contact.
6. No warranties
The Services do not guarantee any particular ranking, AI answer, citation, or visibility outcome. They are provided to the account on the basis set out in the Terms of Service. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly given.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or remove your access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where necessary to protect the Services or other users.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is available at signalto.ai/legal/end-user. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
