What this list is
A Subprocessor is a third party that Processes Personal Information on our behalf to help us deliver the Services. We keep this list current. When we add a new Subprocessor that materially changes how Personal Information is Processed, we will update this page.

- Card payment details for direct customers are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
- The AI Systems we monitor (including those above) operate under their own terms and privacy practices for the queries we submit to them.
- Several Subprocessors are located outside New Zealand. How we handle overseas disclosure is explained in the Privacy Policy.
